Payments
The New Zealand Government requires all private training establishments such as Aspiring Language Institute registered with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA), to comply with the Student Fee Protection rules.
This means that all payments made to Aspiring Language Institute are protected by an authorised trust account in case of unexpected events.
After we have received your application form, you will be sent an invoice and an offer letter. All fees are due no later than 7 days before the course begins.

TransferMate lets you make international payments to Aspiring Language Institute for free where TransferMate has a localised account, without paying international banking charges, while receiving competitive foreign exchange rates.
Pay your Fees now!
STEP 1. Check your ‘Student ID’.
STEP 2. Visit payment website and complete the brief registration form. Click ‘YES’ you are ready to pay today and then select ‘Process Transaction’.
STEP 3. Transfer the funds to the advised bank account.
STEP 4. Email confirm@transfermate.com with receipt of payment, a copy of your student passport, and your offer or invoice letter from Aspiring Language Institute.
STEP 5. Once TransferMate receive your funds and required documents, they will transfer the funds to us at Aspiring Language Institute and email you confirmation of payment. Sorted!
Click here to pay with paytostudyIf you would like to pay with a credit card online, let us know as soon as you receive your invoice so we can request the payment; please note that if the credit card is not on your name we may require you to provide an authorisation letter and a poof of ID from the credit card holder (there is a 3% commission fee from the bank for this payment method)
If you are already in Auckland you can make payments right here at Aspiring Language Institute too, you can either pay with your debit or credit card or cash.
Please note there is a bank commission of 3% for credit card and overseas debit card payments when you make the payment here at Aspiring.
We do not accept cash payments after 4 pm
After your payment has been received, we will send you a receipt and accommodation details (if applicable). If you are enrolling through an agency, your agency will assist you with the above procedure.
