EDUCATION AGENCIES
Aspiring Language Institute is registered by The New Zealand Qualification Authority and
it is a signatory to Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students.
The Code of Practice is a document that outlines the full legal requirements that education providers enrolling international students must abide by.
Agents play a key role for recruitment of international students and the growth in the industry and it is Aspiring’s responsibility to effectively managing and monitoring the agents as outlined in Outcome 2 of the Education Code of Practise (2016).
An agent is defined in the Code as a person, body, or organisation acting on behalf of the provider or signatory, and includes subcontracted agents.
